This website provides information about the proposed Young Brothers virtual training experience and a form to request program details.

Information submitted

If you submit the form, it asks for your name, email address, your relationship to the program, your general belt level and any optional message you choose to provide. Please do not provide children's full names, dates of birth or sensitive personal details.

How submissions are used

Form submissions are intended for responding to membership inquiries and helping prospective members understand the program. The website uses Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, to send submitted inquiries to the program team’s designated email inbox. Form information is transmitted to Web3Forms for this purpose. See Web3Forms privacy information. The site does not collect payment information.

Your choices

To ask a question about your submission or request its deletion, use the contact form on our homepage. Enrollment and other services may be subject to additional terms supplied by Young Brothers.

This notice should be reviewed and approved by the school before the site is published.
